Here we are at a field in Upper Gwynedd
PA, again!
Matt has set up the Omloid. |
There was no egg in it this time. It was
a perfect flight!

The previous day we had found this
rocket in the
Estes catalog and decided to make one like it. |
The result was "Totally Finless"! |
Body tubes are used as fins.

|
This rocket is an amazing flyer. |
It's resistant to weather-vaning and
flies as straight as an arrow. |
|
|
It only needs a streamer for recovery. |
...and lands near the pad. |
|

We launched the Omloid and Totally
Finless until
we ran out of engines. |
